How to Improve the Quality of Your Life

Everyone is trying to improve the quality of their life, however few people know how to do this. We seek material goods in our consumer society and seek validation from our partners, family and friends for to reaffirm our worthiness and value but none of these can improve the quality of our lives. This is because this is an inside job and it all begins with one thing: the right questions.

We must ask the right questions and improve the quality of our questions if we want to improve the quality of our life. Let me demonstrate this through an example. Let’s just say that you are just diagnosed with a serious illness, such as cancer. The wrong question to ask is what did I do to deserve this. The right questions to ask are those that will help you uncover the factors that led to you developing cancer.

You see, there are many factors which underlie cancer, the least of which is genetics. People like to blame genetics but the occurrence of cancer is rooted, not only in biology, but also in negative thoughts, emotional blocks, chronic stress, poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, low vibrational frequency, lack of meaning and purpose and a spiritual vacuum in one’s life. Therefore, if you ask the right questions, you could potentially be able to uncover the roots of your cancer diagnosis and, possibly, alleviate its symptoms and maybe even reverse the cancer.

Here are some powerful questions you can ask in this situation:

What is causing my chronic stress?
Am I suppressing negative emotions?
What are my limiting beliefs?
Can I improve my nutrition to optimize my immune system and cardiorespiratory system?
Am I moving my body enough and in the right way?
Am I getting enough sleep?
Have I defined my values?
Am I living in harmony with my values?
Have I tried to uncover the deeper meaning and higher mission to my life?
I am at peace, full of joy and feel fulfilled?

This is why asking the right questions in your life are vitally important and the most direct way to improve the quality of your life. You can do his for any area of your life, besides your health, such as your relationships, your career, your finances and your spirituality as well.

I encourage you, right now, to scrutinize an area of your life where you are currently struggling and right down at least seven questions that you could ask right now that could help you uncover the roots of the issues that you are currently facing. This will help to illuminate that area of our life and get you on the path to the next stage in your personal development and evolution. This is the path to true transformation and is one of the greatest journeys that you can take.
